I have over 25 years of professional sales experience within the luxury hotel market. My main goal is to exceed the promises I made to operate a successful meeting or incentive program. My focus is always on the customer and fulfilling their needs.

Favorite Palace All-Inclusive Feature
The best thing about Palace all-inclusive meetings is that attendees never have to worry about a budget (or daily per diem) when on-site. Attendees do not incur additional expenses and don’t have to submit expense reports after their trip. Basically, they can just enjoy themselves and not worry about what they order. Everything is included in the package so attendees can leave money and credit cards in the room. In fact, our resorts don’t even have cash registers on property. I love this concept!

There are so many unique things about our resorts, but the main thing is we can find the right resort within our portfolio to match the client’s needs and wants. The level of service is consistent throughout all of our properties. Plus when you stay in one of our Mexican resorts, you can visit them all when a program is operating.
